2005 - Diagnosed with Major Depression and General Anxiety Disorder. Spent my adolescence believing I have Bipolar - one psychiatrist refused to test me for it but tested me for ASD and I think(?) I was essentially diagnosed with ASD.
2016 - Diagnosed with BPD. Mostly have a quiet presentation, very rarely "act out". Bipolar Traits confirmed by psychologist, I understand that Bipolar is on my medical records as a diagnosis.
2021 - I was diagnosed with ADHD. BPD is mostly in recovery. My psych team are a little unclear on the possibility of Bipolar now but I’m no longer too worried because I'm on better meds, and ADHD makes so much sense and I finally understand myself better?!??! This also makes the possibility of ASD more likely, as ADHD and ASD are similar and can be comorbid.
My body is broked - yay
