Dulcie Collins

Dulcie Collins was a detective with the Deadloch Police. She moved to Deadloch five years before the spree of murders that brought Eddie Redcliffe to the town. Her wife, Cath York, wanted them to move to a sleepy little town to get her away from Sydney, where Collins had had an affair with her detective partner.
